One With Your True Self is the name used for coaching-related work and is registered in Spain. These conditions therefore apply to all work carried out by One With Your True Self.​
One with your True Self Coaching Programs
The Online Coaching Programs have to be paid online upon registration and are non-refundable. You have a period of 6 months to complete the Program, after which the Program will be closed. The period of 6 months is more than sufficient to complete the entire program. However, if you do not meet the end date due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, you can always contact us to find a suitable solution.
Consultations: Individual Coaching Sessions, Emotion Code Session
The appointments for one-time consultations are payable online upon registration and are non-refundable. You can rebook your appointment at any time via your personal access on the website up to 48 hours before the appointment if you cannot keep it and by email or telephone up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Program on location
On-site Programs are paid for upon registration. The costs for the coaching process are settled online. The accommodation costs will be settled separately, you will receive a separate email for this. The flights to and from the location must be booked by the participant themselves, these are not included in the registration price. Registrations can be canceled up to 1 week before the stay. In that case, the full amount of the registration will be refunded. For cancellations within the last 7 days before the stay, a cancellation fee of €200.00 will be charged. Text

Webshop
Betalingen on the Websiteplatform are executed throug a safe provider. The shipment of goods to customers in Belgium and the Netherlands is executed by MyParcel. Unused physical goods kan be returned by the customer within a period of 14 days after purchase. The goods have to be send to One with your True Self, Sint-Lambertusstraat 30, 3001 Leuven in the original packaging. Freight costs are on behalf of the sender. If the goods are received in the original state the purchase amount will be transfered to the byer within 7 days after arrival of the goods.
