In a creative manner, you will learn numerous techniques and plan enjoyable activities to express your gratitude over the course of 4 weeks. After these 4 weeks, your life will be different. Your horizons will expand, you will feel happier and more confident, and above all, you will enjoy the positive reactions of others. With gratitude, you make yourself happy and bring happiness to those around you. The program has a fixed duration of 28 days, and the assignments must be followed every day.
