Hypnosis

CHANGE YOUR LIFE - Achieve quick results in behavior change

Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation that involves both the mind and the body. It is a natural state of consciousness that occurs in all humans. Through hypnosis, you can help people tackle specific challenges, such as losing weight, quitting smoking, boosting self-confidence, or overcoming fears. As a coach, you work towards achieving the desired outcome.

The legendary hypnotherapist Milton Erickson described hypnosis as "the loss of the multiplicity of the foci of attention."

This means that when you focus your full attention on one thing, you cannot concentrate on anything else. What you direct your attention to influences your mood and thoughts. It’s all about focus and concentration.

Just as we focus on the screen when watching television, ignoring other things in the room, what happens on the screen shapes our thoughts and feelings. The hallmark of a trance is this fixation of attention, whether internally or externally.

Trance is often described as an altered state of consciousness. Throughout the day, we constantly shift between different states of awareness. A hypnotic trance is deliberately induced and is often seen in disciplines such as yoga and meditation.

In essence, everything is a form of trance; the key is recognizing which state someone is in and how to transition from one state to another, even during daily activities and communication. By developing new perceptual filters, you can begin to see the world through an entirely new lens.

During a hypnosis session, this trance (a deep state of relaxation) is used to access the subconscious mind, where deeply rooted beliefs, emotions, and patterns can be adjusted.

It is a proven technique widely applied in therapy, coaching, and personal development.

Hypnosis works quickly. Often, a single session is enough to achieve lasting results. In some cases, multiple sessions may be necessary.
