An Individual Coaching Conversation can offer you a lot of insight. Sometimes coachees (clients) only need one conversation to find a suitable solution, sometimes several conversations are needed. Depending on the complexity of the problem, the number may differ.

What does coaching offer you?

Coaching is an effective way to develop a sustainable result in behavioral change, building more self-confidence and developing awareness.

It is a creative, interactive conversation therapy between 2 equal partners in which the coach uses listening and targeted questions to make your pain points and patterns visible and to provide you with help lines or tools to address them.

Coaching Method

My basic Coaching Method is based on a 4-track model, 'De Vork' (The Fork), developed by Rudy Vandamme,

in which the coachee (client) is guided in a holistic, comprehensive manner. ​

The fork consists of 4 tracks:

​

  • The project track: A goal, an intention, is set that the coachee wishes to achieve.

  • The self-management track: We look at the coachee his needs to achieve his goals and the barriers that prevent him from doing so.

  • The trail of identity: The identity of the coachee is examined. Who am I? How did I become who I am? Does my goal match my personality?

  • The Trail of the Bigger Whole: How does my purpose impact my environment and the world? ​​

The advantage of the model and the associated additional tools, which you are taught during the coaching process, is that a framework is created that provides you with the necessary guidance, a structure with which you can work creatively. From now on you know exactly what to do in which circumstances. Henceforth you'll know where the problem, emotion or behavior arises from and you'll know how you can tackle it.

The Intake Conversation lasts a maximum of 1 hour, so you get enough time to explain your problems and I can inform you which method or therapy offers the appropriate solution for you. You will also receive the necessary information about my offer or I will refer you to a colleague who is specialized in your needs.

During a Coaching Conversation we dive deep into your desires, your wishes, identity and personal experiences. Your values, beliefs, thought systems and limiting emotions that determine your behavior are also discussed.

 

As a Coach, I think it is important that you feel comfortable expressing your deepest feelings. Every thought, every belief, every deed ever performed is safely embraced. You are who you are and are welcome for who you are.

 

My assignment is to help you look at yourself from a distance within the given context, so that you learn to see the Bigger Whole and learn to frame your problems. You will receive useful tools and handles to help you transform disruptive behavior and negative thought systems into positive behavior and a happy vision of life. I look forward to guiding you on this intensely inspiring journey!

This subscription offers you a weekly coaching session for 6 weeks at a substantial discount.

Instead of the regular price of €50.00 per session, you now only pay €42.00 per week (a 16% discount).

Payments are automatically processed weekly for 6 weeks, allowing you to book your Individual Coaching session each week for 6 weeks.​
