Processing period after an Emotion Code session

After releasing trapped emotions during an Emotion Code session, the processing period follows. During this time, the body adjusts to the energetic changes caused by the energy healing. By releasing low-vibration emotions, a void is created that needs to be filled by other energies.

This processing period can be experienced in different ways. For some, it may be marked by intense emotional or physical sensations, while others may hardly experience any symptoms.

During the processing period, the subconscious will not allow any additional energy healing. If you try to proceed with a session while the body is processing, you will likely receive many confusing answers. If the answer to the question "Is there another trapped emotion I can release now?" is "No," we must lovingly accept this. After the processing period, a new session can take place.


How long takes the processing period after energy healing?


The processing period typically lasts two or three days, although for some it may be shorter or longer. The processing period varies from person to person, and even from session to session. It can depend on various factors, such as the type or intensity of the released emotions, the physical, mental, or emotional state of the client, and their sensitivity to energy work.


Some people are naturally quite sensitive to energy work and may need much longer to process a healing session.




Tips to support yourself during the processing period


  1. Stay hydrated! During this time, it’s important to drink plenty of water. Energy healing can dehydrate the body, and staying well-hydrated helps the body process the healing more efficiently.


  2. Rest! Take the time to rest during this period! Ensure you get enough sleep and take time to relax.


  3. Eat healthy food. Provide your body with the nutrients it needs to process the energy healing.


  4. Move your body. Light exercise can help energy flow through the body. Consider doing yoga, tai chi, or going for a walk.


  5. Listen to yourself! You know yourself best, and it can be a powerful experience to listen to your intuition during this time. Ask yourself what you need and give yourself permission to do those thing



What sensations might you experience during this period?


  • You might feel tired at first and then very energetic, or the other way around.

  • Feel hungry or have no appetite at all.

  • Feel a bit sore or experience headaches.

  • Experience a wide range of emotions as they are processed and released.

  • Physical symptoms may significantly decrease, or you may feel more intense sensations for a short time.

  • You might feel physical sensations such as tingling, warmth, or slight discomfort.

  • Feel absolutely nothing unusual!

  • Feel quite relaxed and at peace.

  • Sleep more deeply or have intense, vivid dreams.

  • Experience mental clarity.

  • Feel more in tune with your intuition.
