Then you can always do so, simply because you want to or because you suspect that One with your True Self has used your data unlawfully. Send your request to delete the data to onewithyourtrueself@gmail.com We will delete all your personal data so that the personal information is no longer present in our database. By personal information we mean your name, first name, telephone, email, and address and all other personal data that is included in the back office of our online coaching programs. ​

4.2 The processing of your data One with your True Self processes your data to present the correct information to you. One with your True Self works with external partners for financial reporting and accounting. Within the context of these activities, they have access to the data of One with your True Self, which may also include personal data. Other processors that process data from One with your True Self are the following: the payment system linked to the online shop (e.g. Paypal or other payment providers) processes the payment on their website after you have chosen to make a payment. 4.3 Processors outside the EU If the processors of personal data are located outside the EU, the protection of personal data is governed by local law. 4.4 Measures for the security of your personal data One with your True Self ensures that the processors follow the rules of privacy legislation. The processors will only have access to the personal data that are necessary within the context of their assignment. In addition, the processors undertake to process the data securely and confidentially within the context of their assignment. In the event of a violation, One with your True Self cannot be held liable in place of the processor. One with your True Self takes the necessary measures, technical and organizational, to prevent personal data from being processed by unauthorized persons, changed or destroyed. ​
4.5.The limited storage of your data. We use the personal data for a specific purpose. If this purpose disappears, we delete the data. There are no legal rules for retaining the data that One with your True Self collects. When a customer has left their details, we store this information securely in our databases. If a customer of One with your True Self does not make a second purchase within a period of 3 years, his data will be deleted from the files of One with your True Self upon request. ​ Personal data generated online via the becomeone.online website is processed as stated above. They are stored in a database within the Wix website platform. They are only accessible to One with your True Self and its employees and are not shared with third parties. This information in the agenda is only accessible to all employees of One with your True Self. The agenda is not deleted and not shared with third parties.
