Theme Week "Connect with your True Self"
Until further notice the Retreats are only available in Dutch.
Here below you can find the Program of the Theme Week "Connect with your True Self".
Arrival on Saturday morning and departure on Saturday @ the airport of Alicante or Murcia.
The Program can sometimes shift somehow depending on the personal preference of the participants.
Notebooks and ballpoints are available for free for your noties and exercises.
The evening activity can be chosen after consultation between the participants.
Most of the time the practical lesson (between 16:30 en 18:00) will take less time. This will allow you to extend your me-time and to enjoy a dive in the swimming pool or a wonderful sauna.
